Vanguard Pro Clean provides commercial cleaning services for offices, clinics, daycares, banks, gyms, retail stores, and other commercial facilities in the Pacific Northwest area. Specific services, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each client.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing.
• Prices may vary based on the actual size of the space, conditions found, and any additional services requested.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice to the client.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Services are scheduled by mutual agreement between the client and Vanguard Pro Clean.
• Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Responsibilities

Vanguard Pro Clean commits to:

• Deliver services with professionalism and reasonable care
• Use safe and appropriate cleaning products
• Maintain confidentiality of the client's facilities

The client commits to:

• Provide safe access to the facilities at agreed times
• Inform us of special conditions, sensitive materials, or restricted areas
• Make payments within agreed timeframes

6. Limitation of Liability

Vanguard Pro Clean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service rendered during the visit in question.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result of a service, notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional cost.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that state.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this site. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
